A full body class with a mix of cardio & strength with just enough challenge to feel it the next day, but come back for more!
Fit for Life- Registration monthly by the 1st.
Tuesday & Thursday 10:00am-11:00am

This low-impact class is designed to improve balance, strength & overall fitness.
Fast & Fit - Registration monthly by the 1st.
Wednesday & Friday 8:30am-9:30am.

Class size: Maximum of 10
The Works is a high intensity, interval style cardio and strength training program.
*Participants must be able to keep pace with the class and handle a wide range of exercises and weights with little to no modifications.
Some contractual programs are listed under ADULT PROGRAMMING, Yoga, Meditation, Tae Kwon Do, etc.
Considered registered when payment received.
Monthly pre-registration & payment required by class start date for all classes, including ongoing monthly classes
Payment taken by phone with Visa or Mastercard or E-Transfer.
