A class focused on all elements of fitness, cardiovascular, muscle conditioning, flexibility and utilizing a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands and machines. This class will also have CORE and stretch components.

A total body strength training program which allows you to progress at your own pace.

A circuit to build strength, tone, balance and agility. Focusing on a repetition and light weights.  Equipment used will vary, always begin with warming up of muscles and then moving in to a circuit to ensure a total body training session.

This popular exercise & education program is designed specifically for men & women with osteoporosis who are at risk for fractures.Certified OsteoFit instructors assist in increasing your fitness levels safely and effectively by improving posture and balance, building stronger muscles and decreasing the risk of falls or fractures.

Join us for this gentle, unique exercise program that blends elements of non-impact aerobics & resistance training without putting undue pressure or strain on your body.

Barre Class - Registration monthly by the 1st.

Monday & Wednesday 6:00pm-7:00pm

Class size: Maximum of 6

Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, but no experience with dance is required!  It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.  Lighter weights and higher reps for upper body result in toning and strength endurance.  Lower body work uses low impact flowing movements to sculpt legs and glutes.  Core and back work is also included to balance the workout for a fun and different class experience that you will definitely feel!  Modifications are always provided so you can work to your capabilities.

Quick 30 minute class makes adding a stretch workout to your daily routine easy! Proper breathing, form, technique & timing are all part of what you will learn.
