This popular exercise & education program is designed specifically for men & women with osteoporosis who are at risk for fractures.Certified OsteoFit instructors assist in increasing your fitness levels safely and effectively by improving posture and balance, building stronger muscles and decreasing the risk of falls or fractures.

Children will learn the basics of physical literacy & develop coordination, balance & confidence by exploring risks & limits in a safe, fun & social environment.

Bungee Fitness is an amazing full-body, resistance workout that optimizes every muscle group without the risk of high impact on your joints! Defy gravity, take flight and experience a workout that's so much fun, it doesn't seem like exercise!
