The Works is a high intensity, interval style cardio and strength training program.

*Participants must be able to keep pace with the class and handle a wide range of exercises and weights with little to no modifications.

 

Fitness For All Circuits - Registration monthly by the 1st.

Fitness for All is a full body class with a mix of cardio and strength with just enough challenge to feel it the next day, but come back for more!

Better Bones - Registration monthly by the 1st.

Better Bones is a low-impact class designed to improve balance, strength and overall functional fitness.  "Better Bones are a Bonus!"

 

Gentle Chair - Registration monthly by the 1st.

Tuesday & Thursday 1:30pm-2:15pm

Cost: $35/month

This Gentle Chair class will help you stay fit, strengthen and stabilize your muscles without placing stress on your body.

Class size: Maximum of 8

Time to get fit and have fun - you can do this!  This one hour class will be a mixture of circuit training, HIIT Theory, Barre, weight training, and core work.  No two classes will be the same so there will be something for everyone.  You will build strength and endurance and have a whole lot of fun while you do it!  All fitness levels are welcome.

 

 

Pound Fit - Registration monthly by the 1st.

Tuesday 7:00pm-8:00pm

Class size: Maximum of 12

This one hour workout hits you with exhilarating music and combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training. Using squats and lunges and lightly weighted drumsticks, PoundFit transforms drumming into an incredibly effective and fun way of working out. PoundFit provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, and the workout is easily modifiable. 

 

 

 

Some contractual programs are listed under ADULT PROGRAMMING, Yoga, Meditation, Tae Kwon Do, etc.

 

Considered registered when payment received.

 

Monthly pre-registration & payment required by class start date for all classes, including ongoing monthly classes

 

Payment taken by phone with Visa or Mastercard or E-Transfer.
