Pre-registration for the above fitness classes is a necessity! 
Most classes have a limited class enrollment.
Registration is on-going provided a class is not full.

Drop-in exercise room is open for use provided there is not a fitness class running.  See above fitness schedule to help you decide times that fit your needs.

Personal fitness programs are available for those members wishing to just drop in and work out.  Call, 523-6229, and make an appointment with a trainer.
